Office Hours is an initiative meant to provide support and guidance to new creatives, especially early in their career. Through the site, people can sign up for an in-person or virtual chat with anyone at the studio Made by Emblem, selecting a mentor specific to their needs. These mentees are free to discuss whatever they'd like and book as many windows as then need -- all without commitment, fees, or pressure.

I realized that it carving out time to respond to frequent emails asking for help was unsustainable. We needed a system to: provide guidance to fellow creatives, as well as make it manageable and predictable for the studio.

Since it's inception it's gained a lot of attention from Toronto institutions like OCAD University, George Brown College, and Humber College.
